Our beef comes from cattle born and raised by us. Potential mothers are tested and ranked according to genetic merit for elite carcass traits like rib eye area, marbling and growth. Of these, only the top 20% are kept and paired with premier bulls chosen from around the world. This meticulous undertaking enhances consistency from our gate to your plate.
